Shipping Policy
01.Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Weston, Florida.

02.Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1โ3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events) or in cases of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you by email if a significant delay is expected.

04.Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. The total shipping fee will always be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
All shipping fees are paid by the customer at the time of checkout. We may introduce shipping promotions or discounts in the future, which will be clearly displayed on the Site when active.
05.Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
06.Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
For packages marked as “delivered” but not received, please first check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim if needed.
Return Policy
07.Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unopened, unused and in its original condition and packaging;
- The return request is made within 14 calendar days of delivery;
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return, except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders (see Section 11).
08.How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Full name as it appears on the order
- Order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- Reason for return (defective, wrong item, no longer needed, etc.)
- Photos of the product (if applicable, especially for damaged items)
We will get back to you within 2โ3 business days with return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without first receiving authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
09.Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item).
- If the issue is our fault: we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs;
- If the return is for any other reason: the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50 โ we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
10.Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If the return is approved, we will refund the full product amount (excluding original shipping fees, unless the return was due to our error) to your original payment method;
- If the return is rejected (e.g., item damaged after delivery, missing original packaging), we will notify you and the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5โ10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will send you an email notification once the refund has been issued.
11.Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue and your order number.
We will respond promptly with a quick and satisfactory resolution โ typically a free replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs. We take quality issues seriously and aim to make things right as soon as possible.
12.Exchanges
We do not currently process direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please:
- Request a return for the original item (if eligible);
- Place a new order for the desired product.
This approach ensures faster processing and avoids delays caused by stock availability or address mismatches.
13.Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
