01.About EcoSkin Supplies

EcoSkin Supplies is an independent online retailer that distributes plant-based, ACENE-certified conductive gels, creams and glycerins formulated by OMAÏLAB (Allegut Lab S.L., Madrid, Spain) for use with professional and at-home aesthetic and physiotherapy devices, including radiofrequency (RF), diathermy, microcurrent, EMS, galvanic, cavitation, ultrasound, HiFu, shockwave, diode laser and IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) treatments.

EcoSkin Supplies (operated by CD Alliance LLC) is the exclusive Florida-based distributor of OMAÏLAB products in the United States. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with any third-party device manufacturer. References to compatible devices on the Site are provided for informational purposes only.

02.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Site or place an order. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

03.Products and Cosmetic Use Notice

Product descriptions, ingredient lists and usage notes are provided for general informational purposes. They do not constitute medical advice and should not replace the guidance of a licensed healthcare professional, dermatologist or qualified aesthetic practitioner. If you have a known skin condition, allergy, or are pregnant, nursing or under medical treatment, please consult a qualified professional before use.

They are referenced solely to indicate technological compatibility for users searching for suitable conductive media.

EcoSkin Supplies and CD Alliance LLC are independent entities and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any of these manufacturers. No endorsement, sponsorship or business relationship is implied by such references.

05.Orders and Pricing

All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout. We make every effort to keep pricing accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

By placing an order through the Site, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is only considered accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inventory errors, or violation of these Terms.

06.Payment

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

07.Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from our facilities in Florida, United States. Shipping methods, delivery timeframes and rates are presented at checkout and may vary depending on destination and product availability. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs (for international shipments) and other factors beyond our control.

08.Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our return and refund policy is described in detail on our Shipping & Returns page. By placing an order, you agree to the return policy in effect at the time of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products generally cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or are materially different from the product ordered. Please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return request.

09.SMS Communications

By opting into SMS messaging from a web form or other medium, you agree to receive SMS messages from EcoSkin Supplies. This may include order confirmations, shipping updates, appointment reminders, post-purchase instructions, customer service notifications and other transactional messages related to your account or orders.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, layout, design, the EcoSkin Supplies name and any software — is the property of CD Alliance LLC, OMAÏLAB or their respective licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

11.User Conduct

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. We make no guarantees regarding specific cosmetic results, as outcomes depend on individual skin type, application technique, device used and other factors outside our control.

13.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CD Alliance LLC, EcoSkin Supplies, OMAÏLAB or any of their officers, directors, employees, affiliates or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site or any product purchased through it.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CD Alliance LLC, EcoSkin Supplies, OMAÏLAB and their respective officers, directors, employees, affiliates and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any misuse of products purchased through the Site.
